Philippine student kills classmate on livestream, then shoots himself

A student at a school linked to Ateneo de Zamboanga University in the southern Philippines livestreamed himself shooting and killing a classmate before taking his own life. The mayor of Zamboanga said the gunman entered the building carrying a high-powered firearm and a .45-calibre pistol. It is the second fatal school shooting in the Philippines in less than two months.
