Russia tattooing inventory numbers on foreign mercenaries, Ukrainian intel reports

Ukraine's military intelligence agency (HUR) has reported that Russia is marking foreign mercenaries with "inventory numbers" applied to their equipment or directly onto their skin. According to HUR, the practice is designed to help manage control over these fighters and to conceal Russia's real casualty figures in the war against Ukraine.
