Justice Ministry tables bill to abolish Poland's "muzzle law"

Poland's Ministry of Justice has sent a draft law to public consultation that would repeal the so-called "muzzle law." The bill would lift the ban preventing judges from questioning the legitimacy of courts, tribunals and constitutional bodies. The muzzle law was one of the most controversial pieces of legislation passed by the previous government.
