EU clears A&R, FedEx and Advent takeover of InPost

The European Commission has approved the joint acquisition of InPost by A&R Investments, FedEx and Advent, ruling that the deal poses no threat to competition in the European parcel delivery market. The transaction is not yet complete, as approval from Vietnam's antitrust authority is still required.
