Ukrainian intelligence: North Korea preparing tens of thousands of troops and missiles for Russia

Vadym Skibitsky, deputy head of Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR), told the BBC that North Korea is preparing to send a large number of troops and ballistic missiles to Russia. Kyiv does not yet know whether the North Korean soldiers will be deployed directly to the front line. The disclosure points to deepening military cooperation between Pyongyang and Moscow.
