Disney sues FCC over threat to revoke ABC's broadcast licences
Disney has sued the Federal Communications Commission, accusing the Trump administration of violating the First Amendment by threatening to revoke ABC's broadcast licences. Disney says the administration "has attacked ABC's speech — the stories its journalists report and the viewpoints its network programs air." The FCC's actions, if upheld, could force ABC stations off the air.
