Polish aviation authority inspects sightseeing flights; four cases referred to prosecutors

Poland's Civil Aviation Authority (ULC) has warned of a growing number of illegal paid passenger flights conducted without the required AOC certificate. In recent months, inspectors have referred four cases to prosecutors on suspicion of such practices. The ULC advises passengers to check an operator's credentials before boarding a sightseeing flight.
