Belgian court delays ruling on billions owed to Polish air traffic agency

A Belgian court has postponed consideration of an objection filed by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PAŻP) in a dispute over the seizure of funds owed to it. The head of PAŻP warned that the case could seriously affect air traffic control in Polish airspace. A quick resolution to the dispute is not expected.
