Romanowski's lawyer seeks to call Tusk as witness in safe-conduct case
Lawyer Bartosz Lewandowski, representing former deputy minister Marcin Romanowski, announced he would file a motion with the Warsaw District Court to have Prime Minister Donald Tusk testify as a witness in the safe-conduct proceedings. The move comes in response to the prosecution's decision regarding Romanowski's safe-conduct letter. Tusk said at a Cabinet meeting today that he is 99% certain Romanowski is in Transnistria.
