Pfizer vaccine dispute: Belgian court postpones freeze of PAŻP funds until October 15

A Belgian court has postponed until October 15 its consideration of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency's (PAŻP) objection to the seizure of funds owed to it in connection with Poland's dispute with Pfizer over vaccine contracts. PAŻP president Magdalena Jaworska-Maćkowiak said the agency has become a hostage to a dispute that does not directly concern it. Poland is locked in a legal battle with Pfizer over pandemic-era vaccine procurement.
