EU clears InPost takeover by Advent, FedEx and PPF consortium

The European Commission has approved the takeover of InPost by a consortium of Advent, FedEx, A&R Investments and PPF. The EC concluded the deal raises no competition concerns and its impact on the relevant markets will be limited. This is another required regulatory clearance ahead of the transaction's completion.
