Lavrov and North Korea pledge to build a "new world order" together

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov declared in an official message to North Korean counterpart Choe Son Hui that Russia and North Korea are jointly building a "new and just world order." The statement came amid confirmed North Korean troop participation in fighting against Ukraine in the Kursk region. The two regimes are visibly deepening their political and military ties.
