Tusk: intelligence confirms Romanowski is in Tiraspol with 99% certainty

Prime Minister Donald Tusk said foreign intelligence services have confirmed with 99% certainty that fugitive Marcin Romanowski is located in Tiraspol, in the breakaway Moldovan region of Transnistria. The region is outside the control of Moldovan authorities. Romanowski is wanted by Polish law enforcement.
