Polish Education Ministry proposes pay rise for novice teachers — bill sent for consultation

Poland's Ministry of National Education has proposed raising the coefficient used to calculate average starting teachers' salaries to 122.7696% under the Teacher's Charter. The draft amendment was sent for public consultation on Tuesday. The change aims to systematically increase pay for novice teachers.
