Apartments priced above 20,000 PLN/m² multiply as cheaper ones disappear

Data from BIG DATA RynekPierwotny.pl shows a growing share of new apartments priced above 20,000 PLN per square metre in developers' offerings. At the same time, the supply of cheaper units is shrinking. The trend points to worsening affordability for average buyers.
