Wrocław leads price surge: luxury flat listings up 142% in a year

The number of flats priced above 20,000 zloty per square metre is rising rapidly in Poland's largest cities. Wrocław leads the surge, with such listings up 142% year-on-year. At the same time, the supply of cheaper flats is shrinking in many cities, deepening affordability problems for average buyers.
