Russian missile strike on Pechenihy near Kharkiv kills 10

Ten people were killed and at least eight wounded in a Russian missile strike on the town of Pechenihy, east of Kharkiv in the Kharkiv oblast. The regional governor Oleh Syniehubov confirmed the toll. The town is located near the Russian border in north-eastern Ukraine.
