Sophie Adenot set to become first French woman to spacewalk outside the ISS

French astronaut Sophie Adenot, 44, is set to conduct a spacewalk outside the International Space Station on Tuesday. She will be the first French woman to do so, and only the second European woman overall, following Italian astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti's mission in 2022.
