Głuchołazy flooded again — some residents still repairing damage from disaster
Less than two years after a catastrophic flood, water has returned to the streets, properties and buildings of Głuchołazy. The scale this time was significantly smaller, but anxiety and questions about the town's flood defences resurfaced. "This morning Głuchołazy is covered in mud," said Przemysław Pastucha, editor of a local news portal. Some residents had not yet finished repairs from the previous disaster.
