Matczak: Berek's move to Constitutional Tribunal is wrong, but not like Pawłowicz

Prof. Marcin Matczak criticised the idea of appointing minister Maciej Berek to the Constitutional Tribunal on the "Newsroom WP" programme. He stressed, however, that the move cannot be compared to PiS's politicisation of the court. Matczak said nothing matches what Krystyna Pawłowicz did to the Tribunal.
