Russian strike on village in Kharkiv region kills at least 10 people

At least 10 people were killed and eight wounded in a Russian strike on the village of Pechenihy in the Kharkiv region. President Zelensky stressed that only residential buildings were located nearby and vowed Ukraine would respond to the attack.
