Polish ambassador in Russia pays tribute to Kursk submarine crew

Poland's ambassador to Russia laid tribute at the monument to the crew of the nuclear submarine Kursk. The gesture drew attention given the current state of Polish-Russian relations. The Kursk sank in August, killing all 118 sailors on board.
