19 million Poles' data leaked: only hundreds of clinics reported breach to data watchdog

MyDr, a medical software firm serving around 12,000 clinics, has still not determined whose data was stolen in a breach affecting 19 million Poles. Only a few hundred of the 12,000 clinics required to notify the data protection authority (UODO) have done so. An expert warns that the chances of ever establishing the full scope of the leak are fading with each passing day.
