From 1 July, public institutions must disclose all contracts in Poland's central register
From 1 July, all public-sector institutions in Poland — including government offices and hospitals — must publish details of every contract they sign in the Central Register of Contracts, regardless of value. The obligation is designed to increase transparency in public spending. It is still being assessed how well institutions are adapting to the new requirements.
