Flash flood hits Głuchołazy again — government spokesman: "You can't always be prepared"

The town of Głuchołazy in southern Poland was again hit by a flash flood. Government spokesman Adam Szłapka said it is "hard to be accountable for a weather catastrophe" and compared the situation to Japan's inability to fully protect against earthquakes. He pledged that authorities would take further preventive action.
