Young adults most at risk from scammers — 17% of 25-34-year-olds report losses
A survey by ChronPESEL.pl and the National Debt Register found that 17% of people aged 25–34 reported financial losses from scammers impersonating public institutions — the highest rate of any age group studied. Paradoxically, young adults tend to feel confident in their digital skills, which may lower their guard against fraud.
