After Colombia earthquake, Chocó region faces hunger and homelessness for survivors
The governor of Colombia's Chocó region warns that survivors of last week's earthquake face "pain, hunger and homelessness." Chocó is predominantly home to Afro-Colombian and Indigenous communities and is one of the poorest regions in the country. Destruction is widespread and humanitarian aid is struggling to reach the area.
