Paris Saint-Germain have signed Ferran Torres from Barcelona for around €50 million, despite the Spanish winger going 15 consecutive matches without a goal last season. From Barcelona's perspective the deal looks like a relief, offloading a player who failed to deliver. For PSG it is a costly gamble on a forward in a serious scoring drought.
