Psychologist and sociologist Dr Joanna Heidtman told TVN24 that the priority for survivors of the Hungarian bus crash is restoring at least a minimum sense of calm and security. She said that at this stage psychologists and therapists are more urgently needed by the families and loved ones of the victims than by the survivors themselves. The goal is to equip relatives with the ability to support those directly affected.
