IMGW warns of rapid water level rises across five Polish regions

Poland's Institute of Meteorology and Water Management has issued first- and second-degree alerts warning of rapid water level rises in eastern and central Poland. The warnings cover five voivodeships and are expected to remain in effect until Tuesday noon at the latest.
