New school canteen nutrition rules from 2026/2027 — less sugar, salt and fat

From the 2026/2027 school year, new Ministry of Health regulations on school nutrition will take effect in Poland. The ministry has drawn up a list of products that may be sold to pupils and introduced specific requirements for the composition of school lunches. The changes aim to reduce children's daily intake of sugar, salt and fat.
