Over 250,000 civil servants now use Poland's EZD RP e-document system
More than 250,000 people across approximately 4,000 public institutions are already using Poland's EZD RP electronic document-management system, funded through the National Recovery Plan (KPO) with support from NASK. The system is intended to fully replace paper-based administration and allow citizens to handle official matters online. Implementation challenges were discussed at a debate organised by "Rzeczpospolita".
