Two ministries filed identical comments on housing cooperatives bill — illegal lobbying suspected

Poland's Ministry of Development has raised the alarm over suspected illegal lobbying in the drafting of a bill introducing term limits for housing cooperative boards. Two ministries — led by ministers Miłosz Motyka and Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz — submitted comments that were in places word-for-word identical. The case raises questions about who is actually writing the legislation.
