Supreme Administrative Court: Councillor keeps mandate after organising St Andrew's party

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court ruled that a one-off organisation of a St Andrew's Day party at a village community centre does not violate the anti-corruption provision of the Local Government Act. The councillor who organised the event will keep his mandate. The court found that such a social initiative does not meet the criteria for activities prohibited for local government officials.
