Round Hill sues Suno and Anthropic for $1 billion in copyright infringement
Music publisher Round Hill has filed $1 billion copyright infringement lawsuits against AI companies Suno and Anthropic, accusing them of using protected music to train their models without permission or compensation. "There is simply nothing fair about a company using theft to build a multi-billion dollar business," Round Hill said. The case is the latest in a wave of IP litigation targeting AI firms.
