Chwalińska exits Cincinnati in third round as Snayder takes revenge

Maja Chwalińska was eliminated in the third round of the WTA 1000 tournament in Cincinnati, losing to Diana Snayder 6-2, 7-6(3). Chwalińska led 4-1 in the second set before rain interrupted play, but the Russian recovered to win. Snayder avenged her earlier defeat to the Pole in the Roland Garros semi-final.
