Ukraine and Russia Enter "Total War" Phase Targeting Each Other's Economies

According to The Kyiv Independent, Ukraine and Russia have entered a phase of "total war" aimed at the complete destruction of the other side. Unable to achieve a decisive battlefield victory, both countries are increasingly targeting each other's economic infrastructure.
