Deputy PM Gawkowski to demand Meta explain fraudulent ads under DSA rules

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski announced he will contact Meta to demand urgent explanations on its compliance with EU's Digital Services Act and the removal of fraudulent advertisements. His move follows a public dispute between Meta and InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska. Gawkowski expects the tech giant to take concrete steps against fake ads.
