Boehly and Walter weigh selling Chelsea shares to Clearlake Capital for full control

Chelsea chair Todd Boehly and director Mark Walter, who each own around 13% of the club, are considering selling their stakes to majority owner Clearlake Capital. Clearlake, managed by Behdad Eghbali and José E. Feliciano, already holds more than 60% of Chelsea. The deal would give Clearlake around 86% ownership and complete operational control of Stamford Bridge.
