Storms batter Lower Silesia and Silesia: torn roofs, flooded roads, power cuts

Severe thunderstorms with heavy rainfall swept through Lower Silesia and the Opole region on Monday, flooding roads and streets. In Silesia, strong winds tore roofs off buildings. Fire services have been called out to numerous incidents, and weather warnings are in effect across the affected regions.
