Deputy PM Gawkowski to demand Meta explain compliance with DSA over fraudulent ads

Deputy Prime Minister and Digital Affairs Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski announced he will urgently request that Meta explain its compliance with the EU's Digital Services Act and its efforts to remove fraudulent ads. The move follows a public dispute between Meta and InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska, who had complained about fake ads using his likeness on Meta's platforms.
