Spider-Man: Brand New Day tops $2 billion globally, surpassing James Cameron's record in under 20 days

Spider-Man: Brand New Day topped the box office for a third consecutive weekend and crossed $2 billion worldwide in under 20 days, overtaking a major James Cameron title. It is only the eighth film in history to reach that milestone and has already surpassed predecessor Spider-Man: No Way Home's $1.9 billion lifetime gross. Only Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame sit ahead of it among MCU films.
