Hayden Panettiere found unconscious — police see no signs of third-party involvement

Police in Greenville were called to actress Hayden Panettiere's apartment following a report of an unconscious woman. She was given medical assistance on arrival but was pronounced dead at the scene. Initial findings indicate no third-party involvement or suspicious circumstances, and the 911 call was made by someone known to the actress. TMZ reported that Narcan, a drug used to reverse opioid overdoses, was found in the apartment, though the cause of death has not yet been determined.
