Maciej Berek nominated by KO as candidate for Constitutional Tribunal judge

Members of the Civic Coalition (KO) have put forward Maciej Berek as a candidate for a seat on Poland's Constitutional Tribunal. A presidential decree dismissing Berek from his government post was published in the official journal Monitor Polski on Monday. A candidate from the Law and Justice (PiS) club is also running for the same Tribunal seat.
