Chelsea demands €117m for Pedro Neto as Al-Hilal weighs move for the winger

Al-Hilal have identified Chelsea winger Pedro Neto as a transfer target, but the London club is demanding €117 million for the Portuguese player. The asking price makes a deal extremely difficult to complete. Chelsea shows no sign of lowering their valuation.
