Poland's digital minister to demand Meta explain fraudulent ads after Brzoska dispute

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitisation Krzysztof Gawkowski announced he will urgently contact Meta to demand explanations regarding compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the removal of fraudulent ads. The move follows a public dispute between InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska and Meta, which is accused of profiting from fake ads using his image. Gawkowski made the announcement to PAP on Monday.
