Prediction market traders currently place roughly 1-in-4 odds on the failure of Paramount's bid to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery. The probability rose after 12 states filed a lawsuit to block the merger, but has since eased from the peak seen after Paramount delayed the deal in late July.
