ISW: Ukraine successfully repels Russian advances in Kharkiv and Sumy regions

Russia is continuing offensive operations in Ukraine's Kharkiv and Sumy regions as well as key sections of the Donbas front, according to the latest report from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). Ukrainian armed forces are successfully repelling Russian attempts to breach defensive lines.
