Maciej Berek nominated by KO coalition for Constitutional Tribunal seat

The Civic Coalition (KO) parliamentary club has formally nominated Maciej Berek for a seat on Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, according to the Sejm's official website. A presidential decree dismissing Berek from the government was published in the Monitor Polski on Monday. The Law and Justice (PiS) club will also put forward its own candidate for the position.
