Russian strike hits central Kyiv book market in attack on Ukrainian culture

A Russian strike hit a central book market in Kyiv on Sunday. France 24 correspondent Emmanuelle Chaze described the attack as an assault on Ukrainian culture, language and national identity. Since the start of the summer, Russia has destroyed millions of books in such strikes, with churches and other cultural heritage sites also targeted.
